Dr. Davis knew at a young age that chiropractic care would be an important part of his life. When he was a child he was turned on to the power of chiropractic care after a sledding accident.
Because of his experiences, Dr. Davis understands the impact a proper chiropractic adjustment can have on a person’s mobility and pain and has dedicated himself to helping his patients make the most of their lives.
Dr. Davis has studied over 680 hours on personal injury, testified several times in court as an expert witness and is certified by the American Medical Association in Permanent Impairment Rating. See more on Dr. Davis’ credentials in his curriculum vitae.
After graduating from Assumption High School and St. Ambrose College, Dr. Davis worked at John Deere where he met his wife Rhonda. He then sold real estate for a time before settling in to pursue his true calling by attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. He graduated from Palmer College in 1984 and obtained his Chiropractic License to practice in Iowa and Illinois.
Dr. Davis practiced in Davenport and had an office in Dubuque, Iowa. His love for the Quad Cities brought him back to practice chiropractic care solely in the Quad City area. In 2010 Dr. Davis moved to a new office at 1706 Brady St., Suite 104 in Davenport in order to practice even closer to his Davenport home.
Jim and Rhonda live in Davenport with their son Patrick, twin daughters- Meghan and Elizabeth.
In his spare time, Dr. Davis sails on the Mississippi, enjoys flying small airplanes, rides his 21-speed bike and tends to the garden (somewhat).
