Mr. Alex Gelman, Esq., defense attorney for over 30 years, presented about his experience in the courtroom, handling soft tissue injuries, motor vehicle collisions, questions asked by the defense, Dauber and Fry, cross-examination of the defense doctor, cross-examination of the treating doctor, direct examination, MIST-mild impact soft tissue injury, “Common Sense” and how this would mislead the jurors, inadmissible evidence, Motions in Limine, demonstrative evidence, and more. |
